Are you Insane Alto? Instant Respawns for Rep Grinding...

Hey folks!I got an email a few days back stating that there is an instant respawn location near the Gurubashi Arena, so I decided to check it out (thanks Gillian!). They are level 30'ish mobs, they are tightly placed, and they basically have an instant spawn rate.A video? Okay. I am still learning about vid's, so bear with me.
