4.0.6 Patch Notes- March 16

Now it seems to me there must be some goodies that changed, I had Tuesday maintenance, Wednesday restart, and a download upon logging in today. Since Blizz only announced a few things, I imagine there are others that we don't know about....as usual.....I only have the Items and Profession changes, nothing too crazy ATM, but anytime there is a new download, it seems there is something Blizz hid
